QUESTION: isn't working, but it worked before. ANSWER: Click Start, Control Panel, Printers and Faxes, right click and choose Properties on that printer. Click Device Settings tab, choose Duplex toward the bottom, change it from Unavailable to Available [or something similar on other printers].
